Please note that spa days and vouchers cannot be booked online. To arrange your package or redeem a voucher, please contact the spa directly on 01228 544200 (option 1). Please have your voucher codes ready when calling.

• Pool Access
  Pool use is only complimentary alongside our 1-hour ESPA treatments during 9am-5pm. This must be booked in advance by contacting the spa directly, as pool capacity is limited therefore cannot be booked online.

• Spa Days & Exclusive Evenings
  All spa day information can be found below under Spa Brochure. Please contact us directly to book spa days or exclusive adults-only evenings, as these are not available to book online.

• Patch Testing
  A patch test is required for waxing, tinting, and lifting services if you have not had these treatments with us before. Please contact the spa in advance to arrange this. A charge will be incurred if you attend your appointment without a valid patch test.
