We are proud to be the only ESPA spa in Carlisle offering a full range of advanced and truly luxurious treatments that are supported by scientific research and use leading professional skincare products.
You can also enjoy complimentary use of our 15m x 7m swimming pool with steam and sauna when you come for an hour ESPA treatment with robe, slippers, towel included, please note this must be mentioned upon booking and is subject to availability.
Alternatively, you can make full use of our leisure facilities without booking a treatment - pay as you go, no contract - just contact the spa to check availability and we can book you in.
Our poolside sauna uses the healing power of dry heat, known to have therapeutic benefits for our body's aches and pains. You can also make use of our steam room, known for its detoxifying qualities.
Please note spa days can only be booked by calling the spa reception on 01228 544200 (1) please have your names, spa day choice and 50% deposit/voucher codes ready for booking.
PRIVATE POOL HIRE
**Please Note that the maximum number of people for private pool hire is 6 (including children).
Only drinks purchased from our restaurant can be consumed in the pool room area, which will be served in plastic glasses. Your own food and drink is not permitted in the spa/pool area.
